COUNTER 2041

In a country under a dictatorship, a group of rebels tries to establish contact with allied forces, while preventing communication from being interrupted by the attack of the P-5uv, machines under government control. We assume that some ally, probably a couple of clueless programmers, has sabotaged the enemy machines as they behave erratically.
